Week 14 – Working hard, but it might be a slow week

This has been a learning experience for me. Since it is July 4 this week, our investigators have gone out of town for the week and we’ve had no lessons for the past couple days. We’ve been contacting referrals and we’ve tried our hardest to find new people to teach, but no luck. I will not give up however, this was bound to happen at some point in my mission and I’m to learn from it. We’re going to have to work harder to find those who have been prepared by angels to receive our message and I know that they’re out there.

My companion, Elder Dyer, is from Alberta, Canada and he’s been out for over 21 months now. He likes comic books, long-boarding, and playing with his yo-yo. He’s pretty good with the yo-yo and he wants to enter competitions when he gets home.
Not much left to say so I’ll leave you off with something to ponder about.
“We are not sent here to be born, we are sent here to endure and return to live with Him. For there is no testimony without the ‘test’.”
