This was a great week. We found an 8-year-old girl who wants to be baptized! Her parents want to come back to church and want their daughter to learn more and to join the church as well. We started teaching her while we were on exchanges on Tuesday. I was with our District Leader, Elder Fragoso, and we had a great first lesson with them.
We also found a man who moved recently from Texas and has never heard about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We gave him a Book of Mormon and asked him to read and pray about it. He seemed very open to the idea that there would be more scripture in the world and we have a return appointment with him later this week. This is a really good, consistent area and it’ll be great to see what fun things happen next!
